KRC Apparel Return Policy
If there is a problem with style, color, size or fit within 7 days after received delivery simply contact KRC Apparel for a Return Authorization. Any items that have been worn, damaged, monogrammed or altered will not be accepted. All special orders are final sales. Email rustyg@krcapparel.com or call 614-581-1131.
After we receive the items back we will credit your card for the items only. All shipping charges are at the customer’s expense.
If you need to order a different style, color or size simply go to the site and order again. Remember if time is an issue check our expected time of delivery by UPS and if necessary choose one of the Expedite Shipping options so the items arrive on time.
